Saturday, November 8, 2008. Mr BW and I are in Seattle, vacationing. Last night, we dined at Chez Shea. Mr BW and I both started with the wild mushroom, carmelized onion and gruyere tart. The flavors and textures were amazing. I could have eaten two more! I then had the roasted golden beets and bosc pear salad. It was light and refreshing, exactly what I wanted. I had the house made ricotta gnocci. The chanterelle mushrooms were delightful and the gnocci was lip smacking good. Thursday, November 6, 2008.

포악한 요정이와 중금속 토끼와 정체 불명의 털뭉치 들이 사는 이야기. 지난 겨울, 12월 초 쯤 부터 감기같은 증세가 끈질기게 나나를 괴롭혔다. 제일 크게 눈에 띄는 것은 콧물로, 코가 막혀 가랑가랑 하거나 가끔 엣츄. 하고 재채기를 하고 나면 콧물을 사방에 뿌리거나. 하는 식으로 나나와 나름이가 주로 생활하는 거실 침대는 나나의 콧물로 범벅이 되었을 정도였다. 생각해보면 그때 재빨리 병원에 데리고 갔어야 했다. 2월 쯤엔 그래도 날 풀리면서 콧물도 줄어들고 재채기도 하지 않았으니까. 8217; 라고 대꾸하는데- 할.
